Loft conversion with rooflights to enlarge flats A and B (Development already commenced), including variation of approved plans condition 1 attached to 21/00802/S73A (allowed under appeal ref APP/K0235/W/21/3282093) to include access details and visibility splay plan.

Proposed development of specialist C2 use class accommodation for the elderly consisting of apartments with care, communal facilities, parking and associated private amenity space, including variation of conditions 2 and 3 attached to 19/00216/MAF to allow for changes to cladding materials and omission of ground floor louvre panels/brise soleil.
