Redevelopment of The Willows Care Home, including the partial demolition of the rear of 73 Shakespeare Road, demolition of the dwelling at 86a Clapham Road, the retention of the garage at 86a Clapham Road, and the erection of a 35no. bed care home across the two plots connected by a single storey link along with associated car parking and landscaping including variation of approved plans condition 2 attached to19/02809/MAF to allow for design amendments, to include alterations to openings and window/door positions, landscaping alterations, internal layout alterations, alterations to rooflines, parapet wall, lobby and link corridor design, changes to terrace area and removal of planters, alterations to boundaries, changes to fenestration and window bay design, provision of an new access for electrical incoming and the creation of a basement ventilation void.

Demolition of annex and garages. One and two storey front, side and rear extensions and external alterations to remodel existing dwelling. Erection of new detached garage with home office over.

Proposed new swimming pool and enclosure with link to main house, demolition and relocation of double garage, new pitched roof to existing flat roof extension, window modifications, including variation of condition 1 attached to 18/00360/FUL (approved plans) to allow for reduction in height of the existing wall, levels of the garage and alterations to ground levels to front.
