Removal of existing storage/garage building & horse stables. Erection of dwelling to rear of bell cottage, including variation of approved plans condition 1 attached to 19/01101/FUL, to allow for very small height increase to enable stair access to first floor, larger gable window, addition of ground floor window and increase size of cycle storage shed. Various changes to the proposed elevations, and the proposed re-siting of the new dwelling a further 3 metres to the rear.
