Demolition of Telecommunications Tower

The Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and restrictions) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 - Upgrade of existing telecommunications base station comprising removal of 12.5m high column to be replaced with 20m high column (colour - Goose Grey BS00A059) (height including antennas) installation of 1 no. GPS fixed to the top of the column, installation of 2no. cabinets (1no. equipment cabinet and 1no. meter cabinet to be removed), with existing grass verge to be replaced with asphalt and ancillary works (This is a notification only to the Local Authority who have no determining powers)

The installation of Fifth Generation equipment (5G), comprising 6no. radio antennas and ancillary equipment which will be pole mounted to the upper rooftop, along with the installation of 2no. cabinets upon a supporting grillage and ancillary development for the purpose of telecommunications.

The Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and restrictions) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 - Proposed upgrade to the existing 15m monopole telecommunications equipment. Existing 3 no. antennas to be replaced with 3 no. antennas. Proposed installation of 1 no. ehybrid cabinet, 1 no. GPS module mounted on proposed gantry pole, transmission equipment to be installed in existing cabinet, 3 no. DTMA to be mounted to headframe, 6 no. feeds to be banded to tower and associated ancillary works (This is a notification only to the Local Authority who have no determining powers).

Installation of Fifth Generation (5G) base station, comprising the siting of a 20m high telecommunications column, associated antennas and radio units, including 2 no. dish antennas, associated 2 no. equipment cabinets and ancillary works , including Grasscrete hardstanding.

The proposal is to install electronic communications apparatus/development ancillary 3No. replacement antenna, installation of 3No. combiners, 6No. RRHs and 3No. BOBs, together with development ancillary thereto at the telecommunications facility. (This is a notification only to the Local Authority who have no determining powers).

The proposals contained herein constitute permitted development under Class A of Part 16 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015 (as amended).The proposal is to install electronic communications apparatus / development ancillary to the existing base station site comprising the removal of 2 No antenna and installation of 2 No replacement antennas installation of a total of 4No RRHs and 2No BOBs, together with development ancillary thereto at the telecommunications facility. (This is a notification only to the Local Authority who has no determing powers)

In accordance with Regulation 5 of the Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations, The proposed works will involve an equipment upgrade of an existing ground-based telecommunications site (upgrade of equipment attached to tower) and associated works (This is a notification only to the Local Authority who has no determing powers)
