Erection of enclosed swimming pool accessed through the cellar of the main house and beneath the existing patio area, installation of solar panels to roofs of outbuildings, removal of rendered section of rear elevation and replace with limestone to match existing, removal of confer trees to rear of the property and removal of existing timber entrance hall floor and replace existing timber joists with steel beams and composite floor deck to enable flagstone flooring to be laid.
