Cedar (T4) - Prune as necessary to give approximately 2 to 3m clearance to house. Causican Pine (T8) - Remove large branch stump. Horse Chestnut (T10) - Prune to clear street lamp. Silver Birch (T12) - Prune to give approximately 1.5m clearance to adjacent building.

TPO 1 - Walnut, reduce limb growing toward the house by 2-3m due to old fungus on main stem. TPO 2 - Oak, remove all major deadwood. TPO 3 - Sweet Olive tree, no work TPO 4 - Holly, trim to clear BT cables by 0.5m. T1. Silver birch - Crown reduce all round close to former reduction points, approx 25%. T1 is extensively shading front of house .

Horse Chestnut (T1) - prune to thin crown by approximately 25% to allow more light to garden and house. Ash (T2) - prune to reduce crown by 25% ( approximately to previous reduction level) to allow more light to garden and house.

T1 & T2 -London Plane - laterally reduce the radial spread into the garden by approx 1m. T3 - London Plane - prune clear of the garage by approx 1m and prune to allow clearance to the house by approx 1m.

T1 Oak - raise canopy to conform to highways act and remove all major deadwood T2 - Oak, remove all major deadwood. T3 - Lime, reduce whole tree by 5-6m due to exposed heartwood at base and remove all major deadwood. T4 - Oak, reduce lower limb by 4-5m to clear building and remove all major deadwood. T5 - Small Lime, dismantle and fell to ground level as this is a poor specimen due to the tree growing under the canopy of the mature trees.
