Ash (T1) - remove two lowest branches overhanging adjacent garden and selected smaller branches overhanging adjacent summerhouse and shed. Prune back overhanging branches in upper crown by 1m to allow more light to adjacent gardens. Yew (T2) - lift crown to approximately 2m above ground level to allow more light to shrub bed. Hazel (T3) - coppice to allow more light to shrub bed. Sallow (T4) - re-pollard to prev. pollard points to allow more light to shrub bed. Beech (T5) - reduce crown by approximately 20% to reduce weight and wind resistance. The tree leans heavily towards the house.. Lime (T6) - prune back low branches overhanging adjacent garden by 2.5m to allow more light to garden. Lime (T7) - prune back low branches overhanging adjacent garden by 2.5m to allow more light to garden. Thorn (T8) - prune to clear phone wires by 1m. Ash (T9) - prune to clear phone wires by 1m. Sycamore (T10) - prune to give 2m clearance to adjacent Cedar. Sycamores (T11 & T12) - lift crowns to approximately 6m above ground level to allow more light to garden. Sycamore (T13) - lift crown to approximately 6m above ground level over the drive to give adequate clearance for delivery vehicles. Yew (T14) - lift crown to approximately 6m above ground level over the drive.

T1 Sycamore remove and grind out stump as its grown too close to boundary wall and causing damage.T2 Dying Beech tree remove. T3 and 4, 2 Lawson trees to remove as they are growing out of the patio.T5 Sycamore, we already have permission to reduce this tree by 50%, (20/01392/TPO) T6 Lime tree to reduce by 3-4m in height and 1-2m in width, to allow more light into the garden.T7 Cedar remove as this tree has grown under the canopy of the other trees and is now out of shape and will never fill out into a nice tree.T8 Horse Chestnut to reduce by 3-4m in height and 2-3m in width, to allow more light into the garden.T9 Lime tree to reduce by 3-4m in height and 1-2m in width, to allow more light into the garden.T10 Horse Chestnut to reduce by 3-4m in height and 2-3m in width, to allow more light into the garden. T1 - Walnut - Reduce the overhang to the property (Braybrooke House) by removing up to 2-3m from the branch tip

Oak (T1) - Prune to give 3m clearance from the house and raise canopy over the road up to 6m and over the footpath up to 4m. Oak (T2) - Prune to give 3m clearance from the house. Oak (T3) - prune to give 3m clearance from the house. Oak (T4) - Prune to clear the phone line by 1.5m. Raise the canopy over the road and footpath up to 4m and reduce overhanging branches on the neighbours side by 1.5m.

T1 Pine - Poor condition. - Fell. Replant with Alder. T2 Ash - Poor subordinated specimen. Fell .Replant with Alder. T3 Pine - Twin stem with pronounced lean towards neighbouring house. Sparse and deteriorating crown. Fell and replant with oak. T4 Horsechestnut - Unbalanced crown. Reduce 20% to rebalance. T5 Pine - Excessive lean and low vigour/ deteriorating crown. Fell. Replant with oak. T6 Horsechesnut - Multi stem tree with several dead stems. Fell. Replant with oak.

T39 Norway Maple tree - Crown reduce tree to ensure there is a 2m clearance between the tree canopy and the new house. Minimal works to be carried out, by pruning branches on the canopy on the south west side where they are currently within 2m of the new house. All cuts to be made to suitable growth points as per BS3998:2010.

T1 Oak: Remove deadwood and trunk suckers. T2 Oak: Remove deadwood. T3 Oak: Reduce limb growing towards house by 1.5m to give adequate clearance to house. Remove deadwood. T4 Crab Apple: Fell. Poor structure and misshapen crown. T5 Cedar: Remove two lowest branches to give more light to garden.

T1 Holm Oak: Reduce 2 limbs overhanging footpath by 25% because of weak branch union with some evidence of decay. T2 Holly: Reduce from Magnolia by 0.5m to allow more light to house. T3 Magnolia: Reduce from Holly by 0.5m to allow light to house.

T1 - Ash tree - Cut back branches from house by 2mtrs and clear lower branches to give clearance to house and vehicles 5mtrs from ground

T1 Oak: Reduce height by 3m and radial crown spread by 2m. T2 Yew: Reduce crown by 35% to reshape after historical damage from collapsed Holm Oak. T3 Yew: Reduce crown by 20% to allow light to garden and give adequate clearance to house.
