Conversion of stable building to form five dwellings. Demolition of existing timber frame stable blocks and erection of car port and cycle/bin store building, including removal of conditions 13 and 14 attached to 17/01534/FUL to remove the requirement for the submission of an Energy Audit and Energy Statement.

Demolition of stables and manege. Change of use from equestrian to residential and the erection of 1 no dwelling and associated landscaping and parking, including variation of approved plans condition 2 attached to 18/01349/FUL to allow for a change to the position of the building within the site.

Erection of stable block, 20 x 40 m Manege with lighting, hardstanding access to stables and agricultural storage building, including removal of condition 4 attached to 16/02827/FUL to allow for an equine business to be run from the site.

Removal of existing storage/garage building & horse stables. Erection of dwelling to rear of bell cottage, including variation of approved plans condition 1 attached to 19/01101/FUL, to allow for very small height increase to enable stair access to first floor, larger gable window, addition of ground floor window and increase size of cycle storage shed. Various changes to the proposed elevations, and the proposed re-siting of the new dwelling a further 3 metres to the rear.

Proposed Car Port Store and Staff Accommodation in Connection with Riding School and Stables, including removal of condition 2 attached to TP/90/1735 to allow for the occupation of dwelling by persons unconnected with the riding school
