Loft conversion with rooflights to enlarge flats A and B (Development already commenced), including variation of approved plans condition 1 attached to 21/00802/S73A (allowed under appeal ref APP/K0235/W/21/3282093) to include access details and visibility splay plan.

Proposed development involving the conversion of the existing building at 76 & 78 High Street to create 3-self enclosed apartments, and conversion and alterations to the existing rear outbuilding to create a three-bedroom dwelling, including landscaping and ancillary works.
