T2 Yew - Fell because of its close proximity to the roof of 16 Woodlands Close. It requires excessive maintenance to keep it away from no 16 and has low amenity value. It has already been pruned twice and will continue to need maintenance to keep back from next door.

T1 Horse chestnut - Fell. Tree has poor main limb unions at approx 1 metre above ground. Tree is creating extreme shading of property window and overhangs property roof. Replant with oak.
