Extension to and re-arrangement of the Household Waste Recycling Centre - Variation of Condition 10 of Planning Permission 4/2006.

Variation of Conditions (Approved Plans), 11 (CCTV) & 17 (Skip Storage) attached to planning permission BC/CM/2009/4 to increase annual throughput to 150,000 tonnes & Maximum daily vehicle movements to 340 and to extend operation hours on weekdays in the sorting shed.

Operation of Waste Transfer Station and Materials Recovery Facility with variation of Conditions 8, 11 and 22 of Planning Permission No.12/2005 for temporary use of the western end of the site to provide a storage area for baled mixed recyclables for six months to facilitate refurbishment of the existing building.
