Refurbishment of tiled roof.

Internal remodelling, replacement circular rooflight with roof lantern and installation of 2 new conservation rooflights.

Extension and conversion of existing car port and workshop to form annexe accommodation and increase car port to acommodate 4 vehicles. New pitched roof to boat house.

Insertion of door at first floor level on rear elevation, and installation of walkway to sit on top of flat roof section leading to emergency escape ladder at the side of the building to provide fire exit and means of escape

Demolition of existing detached single garage and single storey rear flat roof extensions, and erection of new one and two storey rear extension with balcony, re-roofing of host cottage and fitting of new roof lights to front elevation.

Internal remodelling together with replacing exiting circular rooflight with roof lantern and installing 4no. new conservation rooflights.

Repointing chimney stack, maintenance checks of the roof and repair where necessary, repair and renovation of the top floor including renewal of ceilings, repair of windows and additional rigidity to the floor and finish in hard wood (oak or similar).

Demolition and replacement of link building with new roof configuration, addition of secondary glazing to ground floor windows in main dwelling, removal of section of wall, addition of photovoltaics to rear falling slope of roof and new glazed windows to first floor rear elevation.
