Repointing chimney stack, maintenance checks of the roof and repair where necessary, repair and renovation of the top floor including renewal of ceilings, repair of windows and additional rigidity to the floor and finish in hard wood (oak or similar).

Demolition and replacement of link building with new roof configuration, addition of secondary glazing to ground floor windows in main dwelling, removal of section of wall, addition of photovoltaics to rear falling slope of roof and new glazed windows to first floor rear elevation.
