Various works to property including changing all windows and doors from white to anthracite grey, extension to front and replace quad bay window with 3 x floor to ceiling windows, remove the garage door and replace with 2 x floor to ceiling windows and 3 matching windows on the side matching front elevation, change use to homeoffice/gym, to render all lower front elevation /garage front and garage side and to apply split face tiles to sections of render at set points.

Add new cream coloured polymer smooth render to all front facing road elevations. Replace existing white UPvC cladding to bay window

Variation of Condition 1 (Development carried out in accordance with amended plans) of Planning Permission 17/00656/FUL; to include alterations to approved doors and windows, internal alterations, and rebuilding of former cattle shed to form garage, workshop, boot and plant room

Minor amendment to Planning Permission 20/00041/FUL -Extension is to be a brick finish rather than render, garage door size altered slightly and the pier sizes, eves details to rear extension have been amended to match the front, ensuite window included on elevations
