1) Retention of the existing outbuilding for domestic purposes including the parking of machinery/implements for the maintenance of the adjacent paddock; garaging and workshop for the maintenance/renovation of my classic car; and general domestic storage. 2) Retention of the paddock for domestic purposes including orchard trees; raised vegetable beds; glass house; parking of trailers/caravan/motorhome; siting of childrens play equipment; general childrens play and domestic enjoyment.
