Certificate of existing lawful use of land and associated buildings for private non-commercial equestrian and equestrian related uses ancillary to Firbeck House Farm, including the occupation of The Bungalow at Firbeck House not by an agricultural worker, but in connection with the equestrian related uses on the adjoining land.

Certificate of Lawfulness for the use of a mobile home/static caravan on land at Woodlands Farm; in accordance with the statutory requirements of Class A of Part 5 of Schedule 2 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), as specified by Paragraphs 2 to 10 of The First Schedule of The Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960

1) Retention of the existing outbuilding for domestic purposes including the parking of machinery/implements for the maintenance of the adjacent paddock; garaging and workshop for the maintenance/renovation of my classic car; and general domestic storage. 2) Retention of the paddock for domestic purposes including orchard trees; raised vegetable beds; glass house; parking of trailers/caravan/motorhome; siting of childrens play equipment; general childrens play and domestic enjoyment.

Change of use of the existing public house (A4) to food and drink/restaurant and cafes (A3)

Change of Use from a Class C3 Dwelling House to a Class C3B Care Home for Children between the ages of 6 - 18 years. Conversion of existing Garage to form separate Staff Office and Store to facilitate day to day running of Child Care Home.

Building works on a terraced house consisting of change of internal layout to increase room size from 2 to 4 including; lowering floors, moving stairs, moving rear door, adding obscure glass window to 1st floor rear, attic conversion with en-suite and a rear dormer to increase size of attic by a maximum 20 m3. rear dormer will have 2 windows - a rear facing window standard glass and a side facing window within the en-suite with obscure glass. The Dormer will not exceed the highest peak of the roofline and is stepped back from the eaves of a minimum 0.2m. The roadside of the house (front) will have no visual changes other than a new composite door.
