Non material amendment to planning permission 23/02059/HOU: Amendment to South elevation single storey element to provide smaller garage door and new window, addition of rooflights and solar panels, and internal alterations to provide additional parking space

Non Material Amendment to planning application 20/00222/HOU: Redesign of the proposed rebuilt garage. Change the space created to a Home Office and add extra space to create a Children's Playroom. The roof is changed from a flat roof to a pitched roof to be more in character with the main building and surroundings.
