Non Material Amendment to planning application 20/00222/HOU: Redesign of the proposed rebuilt garage. Change the space created to a Home Office and add extra space to create a Children's Playroom. The roof is changed from a flat roof to a pitched roof to be more in character with the main building and surroundings.

Non-material amendment to planning permission 21/01335/HOU: To use rear part of permitted garage as home office and front part as bike/garden store with changes to doors/windows to suit that use

Non-Material Amendment to planning approval 22/00310/FUL: Drawing No. 33/2265/18C: house and garage moved 350mm to south-east; home office at first floor enlarged/windows on south-east elevation revised; porch window altered; porch and front face of garage to be finished with render; dining area enlarged; chimney width reduced; ground floor WC proposed in gap between garage and house; connecting door provided to garage; door and windows on rear elevation of garage.

Non Material Amendment to planning permission 21/03550/MAR: Roof orientation has been revised to the shorter span which in turn has reduced the ridge height. The offices included first floor windows have been omitted and replaced with a small ground floor glazed area. Some parking spaces in service yard revised to accommodate the revised loading door positions - overall number of spaces remains as approved. Cycle parking shelter has been relocated.

Non Material Amendment to planning approval 20/01666/HOU: Inclusion of four velux windows to replace long single pane glass all along the far roofline of rear extension, updates to garage conversion from bedroom and en suite to a split purpose utility room and office room, updates to internal bedroom knocking through to existing utility to make a large double bedroom.
