T1 Ash - Draw overhanging branches back to the boundary only. G1 Row of mixed hedging consisting of Holly / Laurel and Ash saplings - Reduce the Laurel and Hollies down to the fence height and remove the Ash trees.

New boundary wall and fence to replace hedges (retrospective application)
