Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/05576/NMA01: Plots 9 - 12 were detailed on the Approved Planning permission as split level units and the C type House layout which were split level 2/3 storey. It is proposed we change these to the B type unit - drawing 526/23(02)011 G. The rear gardens would be on a gradient of 1:12 (rather than the stepped units taking out the 2.5m change in level) with the rear fence remaining at 1.8m in height. The main change in level would be at the rear boundary where there would be a 3/3.5m high Tobermore retaining wall which would face on to the POS area which is detailed on the Site plan.
