Removal and replacement of three antennae and two cabinets, installation of GPS node and routers, and extension of timber fence

Double storey extension to the rear to enclose existing external staircase; demolition and replacement of the existing cold room to the rear; small hot water plant room to the rear; new plant and equipment on the roof and at ground level to the rear; a new sub-surface waste water treatment unit / underground attenuation tank; replacement roof covering; new entrance doors; alterations to car parking, landscaping and fencing to the rear.

To extend both platforms by 45 metres, at their western end (in the direction of Keighley). At the rear of the extended platforms the typical diagonal MR-style wooden timber fence (1.5m high) will be provided. 8 metre lighting columns of the same heritage pattern will provide illumination. Additional seating will also be provided on each platform.
