Change of use of agricultural barn to provide extension to 116 Hill Top Road to provide additional residential floor area. The existing No 116 shall be internally renovated but existing openings shall remain as existing. New windows and doors will be installed into existing openings. The barn will be extensively refurbished with new openings to provide adequate natural light to all habitable rooms. Existing shed and other agricultural buildings will be demolished.
