Retrospective approval for severance of roots up to a diameter of 15mm for the installation of foundations for the building of a rear extension in accordance with 21/02647/CLP. No additional roots are to be severed or damaged beyond those already severed during the excavations as shown in the photographs. The lawn between the extension and T1 is to be protected during construction by the installation of 50mm bark chips under 18mm OSB3 board before any further construction works begin so as to avoid any additional damage within the RPA of the tree

T1 Oak - Reduce radial spread overhanging the extension by 3m max leaving 6m spread, reduce the large limb extending behind it by 4m max leaving 6m and end loading only over the railings by 3m max leaving 5m.
