Erection of two storey side extension, requiring the crown lifting of the north/north-eastern portion of the canopy by the removal of the three lowest branches of one Copper Beech and the planting of one Lime tree.

T1 Japanese Maple - Fell To allow construction of new wall and terrace adjacent to new extension. T2 Japanese maple and T3 Beech - Fell To allow for construction of new boundary wall and rebuilding of raised bed, subject to separate planning application; PP- 08616604.
