The tree is at the rear of our property close to the fences of 2 neighbours (one to North and other to East). Current height is estimated 8 metres and trunk girth 68cms.

T1 Cherry - Lift to clear fence. T2 Maple - Lift to clear fence. Old Basal damage. A3 Various - East Boundary. Trim back neighbours trees to height of fence. S4 Shrubbery Cotoneaster. Prune for pedestrian clearance all around.

Non material amendment to planning permission 22/04862/FUL: Windows to boundary reduced in size, 2.4m high Paladine fence to boundary with adjacent house replaced with close boarded timber fencing, all render on elevations replaced with reconstituted stone, string course removed
