Variation of Condition 23 of planning permission 17/05678/MAF to be reworded to read:- Notwithstanding the details submitted, within 6 months of the date of this permission, a plan showing the positions, design, height and materials of boundary treatments to the plot curtilages shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Where timber fencing is proposed it shall be of the closed boarded timber type. The boundary details so approved shall then be retained as long as the development is in use. Reason: In the interests of amenity and privacy and to accord with Policies DS2, DS3 and DS5 of the Local Plan for Bradford.

Variation of Condition 3 to allow 3 caravans on site and Condition 5 to allow the timber fence to be retained of permission 17/01223/FUL
