Non-material amendment to planning permission 19/02790/MAF dated 06 Oct 2020:- The approved Sandhills has been swapped for the new Sandringham house type. - The approved 1-bed house type has been swapped for a new design to improve semi-detached appearance of front elevation - The southern section of road that will give access to the adjacent site has been altered so the width is now 4.8m with 1.8m path widths on both sides. This has been achieved using the previous width of road and by moving the road upwards slightly towards plots 31-17. This aligns with amends made to the Yorkshire Housing scheme and no other road arrangements have changed. - Grasscrete turn has been added in-front of plot 35. - Plots 28 and 29 have been moved north to accommodate additional construction space for the proposed retaining wall accommodating circa 1.2m extra width to the Southern edge of Plot 29.
