Change of use from residential dwelling to mixed use of residential and childminding for up to 10 children (retrospective)

Stripping of topsoil and subsoil to infill the site with 9,550m3 to achieve better management of the grassland, new accommodation for livestock including horses, a yard and a ménage. Improvement of the access road to the residential dwelling off Station Road. Creation of two ponds to improve the flow of surface water across the site and additional woodland planting. Partially retrospective.
