Non material amendment to planning permission 21/04079/MAF to inlude changes to the wording of the agreed description of development and to the wording of an associated planning condition (condition 2) ref Demolition of existing building and redevelopment of site comprising construction of one 3-storey 70-bed care home (Use Class C2) and one 3-storey 42-apartment retirement living scheme (Use Class C3), alterations to means of access, 60 car parking spaces and landscaping.

Outline application for the development of either up to 33 residential dwellings (Use Class C3) or up to 30 retirement apartments (C2) and up to 17 residential dwellings (C3) - all matters reserved with the exception of access (REVISED MEANS OF ACCESS)
