2 fir - Remove. 1 Sycamore - Remove. We have three trees (2 Firs and 1 Sycamore) in our Church land that borders on the footpath at Kings Road. All three trees are now unstable, with the roots not supporting the height of the tree, and it is our concern that they will fall onto the road or footpath during the winter. We have been advised by a tree surgeon that they should be felled, and replaced with new indigenous tree plantings. 1 Willow. 1 Sycamore - prune to the property boundary. We also have two trees on Council owned land that are of concern. Both are on the banking of the Spicey Gill. The willow has branches that are overhanging our church and nursery car park, and the Sycamore has numerous branches that are extending over our infants play area, and actually resting on the church roof, causing damage to the tiles (photos available, if required). We would like permission to trim these Council owned tree branches, that are overhanging our property, as they are a potential danger to our property and the children at the pre-school.

T42 Beech - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 9.6 metres above ground level. T41 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the crown by 20% and reduce one branch by 3 meters that is extending over the roof at No.5. Direction of branch is North facing. T40 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 13 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove a couple of branches that are crossing the boundary to neighbouring houses at no.3 and no.8. Branches are South facing. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 10.5 metres above ground level. T38 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. Branch is East facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level. T39 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%, remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. This branch is East facing. Also remove one branch which is over the boundary into neighbours garden at no.3, this branch is North facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level.

T1 Goat Willow - Reduce the overhanging side (above the garage roof) back to a suitable boundary approx 2m and clear the phone lines on the other side T2 Sycamore multi stem - Fell

Ash - Draw back lowest branch of cluster closest to roof to suitable growth point back from roof line. Wound not to exceed 150mm diameter. Draw back lowest branch of protruding cluster on Western side of tree to suitable growth point. Wound not to exceed 150mm diameter. Small secondary stem prune back in line with boundary fence.

Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T3 Elm - Branches overhang driveway and property boundary by 3m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T4 Elm - Branches overhang driveway and property boundary by 3m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T5 Sycamore - Branches overhang driveway and roof of outbuilding. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway, reduce branches overhanging outbuilding by 2m or back to main stem to gain a 1.5m -2m clearance from outbuilding. T6 Elm - Branches overhang rear of outbuilding reduce by 2m to gain a 1.5m - 2m clearance from outbuilding. T7 Sycamore - Co Dominant Stem at close proximity to outbuilding & overreaching roof by 3m (see T7 Photo). Dismantle and remove to gain a total clearance from building. T8 Ash - Overextending Forked limb over boundary of property by 2m. Reduce by 4m to nearest growth point on scaffold branch to gain a 2m clearance from boundary. T9 Ash - Self set leaning towards boundary fence. Fell and remove. T10 Hawthorne - Branches and crown overhang boundary fence by 2m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance over boundary, crown reduce by 3m to gain a more compact form. T11 Elm - Self set, all of crown overhanging boundary fence by 2m. Remove all overhang to growth point on main stem. If this cannot be achieved fell and remove.
