Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 22/02776/MAF for change of use and extension of building to form 77 residential flats with all associated works: To make minor alterations to the application site at roof level.

Creation of 1 No basement flat. External alterations to existing building to facilitate the approved conversion of the upper floor to apartments, to include the insertion of a roof terrace on western elevation. Alterations to approved external bin storage area.

Conversion of the upper three floors to residential use (1 apartment per floor). Refurbishment and alteration comprising: Installation of a new shopfront to the ground floor retail unit. Internal alterations to the ground floor retail unit. Creation of a new ground floor access leading to upper floor levels of the building. Installation of new windows, doors and rooflights. Re-roofing works. Demolition/removal works internally to form new floor layouts at each level.

Installation of additional four rooflights, new staircase to the second floor, two new stair flights and internal alteration to create two additional flats in the existing roof space
