2 fir - Remove. 1 Sycamore - Remove. We have three trees (2 Firs and 1 Sycamore) in our Church land that borders on the footpath at Kings Road. All three trees are now unstable, with the roots not supporting the height of the tree, and it is our concern that they will fall onto the road or footpath during the winter. We have been advised by a tree surgeon that they should be felled, and replaced with new indigenous tree plantings. 1 Willow. 1 Sycamore - prune to the property boundary. We also have two trees on Council owned land that are of concern. Both are on the banking of the Spicey Gill. The willow has branches that are overhanging our church and nursery car park, and the Sycamore has numerous branches that are extending over our infants play area, and actually resting on the church roof, causing damage to the tiles (photos available, if required). We would like permission to trim these Council owned tree branches, that are overhanging our property, as they are a potential danger to our property and the children at the pre-school.

Sycamore - requires crown lifting 5 metres from base, and drawing back branches by 1 metre, with 5 metres remaining, on East side, overlooking property next door, and similarly branches on all other sides, overlooking road and house roof /gutter.

T1 Beech - Radially reduce the east spread from 8m to 5m. The tree is touching the property and causing damage to the roof. Pruning works to give acceptable distance to the property and minimize any long term pruning. T2 Horse Chestnut - Radially reduce the east spread from 6m to 4m. The tree is touching the property and causing damage to the roof. Pruning works to give acceptable distance to the property and minimize any long term pruning.

T42 Beech - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 9.6 metres above ground level. T41 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the crown by 20% and reduce one branch by 3 meters that is extending over the roof at No.5. Direction of branch is North facing. T40 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 13 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove a couple of branches that are crossing the boundary to neighbouring houses at no.3 and no.8. Branches are South facing. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 10.5 metres above ground level. T38 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. Branch is East facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level. T39 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%, remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. This branch is East facing. Also remove one branch which is over the boundary into neighbours garden at no.3, this branch is North facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level.

T1 Beech - Lift tree over the garden to 4m max, and prune to clear garage roof by 2m. T2 Conifer - Trim tree on the other side to clear the garage roof by 2m. See marked photos

T1 Ash - Fell T2- Ash, Remove Deadwood, Remove remaining stubs from previous pruning cuts, draw back overhanging lateral branches (facing South West) to 3.5m approx, currently 7/8m (See annotated image) T3- Sycamore, crown lift to clear space over roof, to a height of 6m.
