Draw back lowest branch of protruding cluster on Western side of tree to suitable growth point. Wound not to exceed 150mm diameter. Small secondary stem prune back in line with boundary fence.

Revised roof ridge line of the two houses, construction of timber fence, revised parking layout, revised bin storage, create a footpath to property No 361 New Works Road and reduced tree planting.

T8 Ash - Overextending Forked limb over boundary of property by 2m. Reduce by 4m to nearest growth point on scaffold branch to gain a 2m clearance from boundary. T9 Ash - Self set leaning towards boundary fence. Fell and remove. T10 Hawthorne - Branches and crown overhang boundary fence by 2m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance over boundary, crown reduce by 3m to gain a more compact form. T11 Elm - Self set, all of crown overhanging boundary fence by 2m. Remove all overhang to growth point on main stem. If this cannot be achieved fell and remove.
