Fell one Crimson King Maple tree from the western side of the garden.

T1 - Sycamore, significant crown die back with a high chance of limb failure. Fell G1 - Various, crownlift to 3m.

T1 Deodar Cedar - Fell. T2 Conifer - Fell. T3 Rowan - Fell. T1 and T2 have damaged retaining walls and driveway and need removing to stop further damage and to allow safe repair of retaining wall. T3 is directly under telephone lines and is also located within 1m of house foundations. Specifically with T1 and T2 ground movement has already occurred as retaining wall has started to fail. No proposal to plant replacement trees in place of these.

G1 2 x Holly 1 x Elderberry - A mixed species group with the elderberry in decline adjacent to a highway. - Reduce the secondary branches in accordance with BS3998 to leave a radial crown spread of 2m and a height of 6m. This work is proposed to maintain the trees within their current setting and to limit the detrimental impact they have on the garden and highway. T1 and G2 are considered separately under application 23/03541/TPO.

2 x conifers - Estimated height c18 meters. Proximity to dwelling c2 meters. Proposal is to reduce both trees to ground level. 1 x Lawson Cypress - Remove.

To carry out removal of 2-3 trees on Albert terrace due to having to undertake works on the embankment so that we can carry out future works on the railway station.

P1 - Pear species, crown lift to 5.2m over the access road. C1 - Conifer/Cypress species, slight trim with hedge trimmers to reduce encroachment onto the pathway (go back to the wall), crown lift to 2.5m over the path (also trimmer work). C2 - Conifer/Cypress species, crown lift to 2.5m over the path, reduce away from the streetlight giving up to 1m clearance.

T1 Swamp Cypress - Safely dismantle and remove. Request not to replace due to high number of trees existing within the property, and lack of suitable space to accommodate another in maturity.

Tree - Fell The tree is directly outside our property, and obstructs us when trying to get access in and out of our property. It also prevents us making full use of the on street parking. NB Permission to work on/remove the tree must be given by the landowner before any work is carried out - CBMDC Woodlands Department.

Conifer - We propose to reduce the size of the trees to 12 meters high and thin the branches to improve light to both our house and next door. This is also important from a safety perspective as the large tree is very close to the house.
