T4 Sycamore - Crown lift 3 metres from ground level required on boughs laying low over boundary of 29 Sheriff Lane. 2.5 metre from ground level required on boughs laying low overthe boundary to Sheriff. T5 Sycamore - Crown lift 2.5 metres from ground level required on boughs laying low over the boundary to Sheriff. T6 Sycamore - Crown lift 2.5 metres from ground level required on boughs layrng low over the boundary to Sheriff. T7 Sycamore - Crown lift 2.5 metres from ground level required on boughs laying low over the boundary to Sheriff.

T28 Sycamore - Remove twin stemmed tree on mid boundary, mostly dead. G1 Consisting of T23, T24 & T25 All Alder - Reduce radial spread of line of Alder encroaching the patio area, by removal of heavy end loading only by 3m max. End radial spread - remaining 7m minimum. T8 Sycamore - Prune overhang from neighbouring property by removal of 2.5m max, remaining 4m spread from upper canopy and 3m from lower. Twin stemmed so taken from central vertical line VTA. See picture. Remove rogue branch over the drive. T5 Lime - Lift to 5m for vehicle clearance over the side drive only. No trimming on the neighbours side to retain screen. Please note it is a gated complex, appointment must be arranged prior to officers visit.

There are a number of self set goat willows surrounding the site compound that have started to grow where the Trust stores materials. We would like to cut these back to our boundary so that the compound can be used for material storage again. The length is approx 200m along the back north edge of our compound which needs the goat willows cutting back (photo 1 and 2) There is also a large willow adjacent to the Trust office building (photo3) which we would like to remove as it is growing too close to our office building. Also a young Ash sapling (Photo 4) that needs removing due to its proximity to the office building. Unfortunately due to the nature of our compound and how we need it for storage, there is no space for replanting trees at this location following these works.

2 fir - Remove. 1 Sycamore - Remove. We have three trees (2 Firs and 1 Sycamore) in our Church land that borders on the footpath at Kings Road. All three trees are now unstable, with the roots not supporting the height of the tree, and it is our concern that they will fall onto the road or footpath during the winter. We have been advised by a tree surgeon that they should be felled, and replaced with new indigenous tree plantings. 1 Willow. 1 Sycamore - prune to the property boundary. We also have two trees on Council owned land that are of concern. Both are on the banking of the Spicey Gill. The willow has branches that are overhanging our church and nursery car park, and the Sycamore has numerous branches that are extending over our infants play area, and actually resting on the church roof, causing damage to the tiles (photos available, if required). We would like permission to trim these Council owned tree branches, that are overhanging our property, as they are a potential danger to our property and the children at the pre-school.

T1 Cherry - Lift to clear fence. T2 Maple - Lift to clear fence. Old Basal damage. A3 Various - East Boundary. Trim back neighbours trees to height of fence. S4 Shrubbery Cotoneaster. Prune for pedestrian clearance all around.

Removal of all branches overhanging our boundary. Not to proceed with works 2 and 3 of the description of works.

T1 Sycamore - Remove. Request not to replace due to concentrated number of trees already present within the garden and just beyond the boundary. Also lack of suitable garden and canopy space to accommodate another large tree in maturity.

T1 Ash - Draw overhanging branches back to the boundary only. G1 Row of mixed hedging consisting of Holly / Laurel and Ash saplings - Reduce the Laurel and Hollies down to the fence height and remove the Ash trees.

T14 Oak - Reduce crown back the western boundary in line with the boundary fence and reshape leaving approximatley 5m raidail crown spread to balance crown. All pruning cuts to be taken back to the first available pruning point.

T42 Beech - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 9.6 metres above ground level. T41 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the crown by 20% and reduce one branch by 3 meters that is extending over the roof at No.5. Direction of branch is North facing. T40 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 13 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove a couple of branches that are crossing the boundary to neighbouring houses at no.3 and no.8. Branches are South facing. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 10.5 metres above ground level. T38 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. Branch is East facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level. T39 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%, remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. This branch is East facing. Also remove one branch which is over the boundary into neighbours garden at no.3, this branch is North facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level.
