T1 Goat Willow - Preferred work is removal and grinding down of stump. The tree is near the gate into our drive at the South of our property Current height estimated at 10 to 12 metres, Girth at widest part of trunk is 115cms. T2 Goat Willow - Preferred work is removal and grinding down of stump. The tree is near the fence to our neighbours property. Current height estimated at 10 to 12 metres. Girth at widest part of trunk is 110cms. T3 Paper Bark Silver Birch - Preferred work is to reduce the crown by 3metres down to 5 metres to maintain the shape of the tree but to stop the overhang onto neighbours property. The tree is at the rear of our property close to the fences of 2 neighbours (one to North and other to East). Current height is estimated 8 metres and trunk girth 68cms.

T1 Cherry - Lift to clear fence. T2 Maple - Lift to clear fence. Old Basal damage. A3 Various - East Boundary. Trim back neighbours trees to height of fence. S4 Shrubbery Cotoneaster. Prune for pedestrian clearance all around.

T1 Ash - Draw overhanging branches back to the boundary only. G1 Row of mixed hedging consisting of Holly / Laurel and Ash saplings - Reduce the Laurel and Hollies down to the fence height and remove the Ash trees.

T14 Oak - Reduce crown back the western boundary in line with the boundary fence and reshape leaving approximatley 5m raidail crown spread to balance crown. All pruning cuts to be taken back to the first available pruning point.

T1 Sycamore - shared with house number 5, Lift to 5m by removal of lowest branches. This work is proposed for this side only, a separate application has been submitted for the work to the other side of the tree via house number 5. T2 3x Sycamore - Lift and reduce by around a third in height removing 4m leaving 8m overall height approximately. T3 Sycamore - Remove lowest branch, in the fence line with house number 1.

G1 Various - Crown lift all trees as required to 3m from ground level and fell the following tree species with stem diameters less than 200mm DBH located within 1m of the path edge: Sycamore, Ash, Elder. Hazel, Holly, Hawthorn and any other species can be pruned back to the site boundary to allow fence construction.

T1 Oak - Cut back one lower limb vertical with fence line T3 Oak - Remove 4 lower smaller limbs in accordance to BS3998. Remove 2 lower limbs to the West Side. Remove epicormic growth. T4 Oak - Crown lift to 4 meters over the garden, garden side only reduce end weight by cutting back various limbs vertical with lawn edge. T5 Sycamore - Crown lift to 4 meters. Reduce end weight by cutting back various limbs vertical with lawn edge, all works to be carried out in accordance with BS3998 standard. See marked photos. NB Removal of dead wood does not require consent.

CH1 Cherry - crown lift to 2.5m over the path and 5.2m over the road. Reduce away from number 65's garden as close to the fence line as growth points allow, aiming for a 2-3m clearance. CH2 Cherry - crown lift to 5.2m over the road. CH3 Cherry - reduce lateral branches back to silver crash barrier (as far as growth points allow), ensure a 5.2m clearance over the road as well. CH4 Cherry - crown lift over the paths to 2.5m, crown lift over the road to give a clearance of 5.2m, reduce from property to give a clearance of 2-3m, reduce away from the streetlight to give a clearance of 1m. CH5 Cherry - crown lift to 5.2m over the road. To get sufficient clearance over the paths especially on CH1 and CH4 there will be some larger wounds, some of these will be on the main stems/trunks. we wont be raising the side which covers the grassed area. NB Removal of Ivy does not require consent.
