T1 Sycamore - Crown thin 15%. T2 Sycamore - Crown thin by 15%. T3 Unknown - Crown lift 3 metres from ground level required on boughs laying low over boundary of 29 Sheriff Lane. T4 Sycamore - Crown lift 3 metres from ground level required on boughs laying low over boundary of 29 Sheriff Lane. 2.5 metre from ground level required on boughs laying low overthe boundary to Sheriff. T5 Sycamore - Crown lift 2.5 metres from ground level required on boughs laying low over the boundary to Sheriff. T6 Sycamore - Crown lift 2.5 metres from ground level required on boughs layrng low over the boundary to Sheriff. T7 Sycamore - Crown lift 2.5 metres from ground level required on boughs laying low over the boundary to Sheriff.

T28 Sycamore - Remove twin stemmed tree on mid boundary, mostly dead. G1 Consisting of T23, T24 & T25 All Alder - Reduce radial spread of line of Alder encroaching the patio area, by removal of heavy end loading only by 3m max. End radial spread - remaining 7m minimum. T8 Sycamore - Prune overhang from neighbouring property by removal of 2.5m max, remaining 4m spread from upper canopy and 3m from lower. Twin stemmed so taken from central vertical line VTA. See picture. Remove rogue branch over the drive. T5 Lime - Lift to 5m for vehicle clearance over the side drive only. No trimming on the neighbours side to retain screen. Please note it is a gated complex, appointment must be arranged prior to officers visit.

Removal of all branches overhanging our boundary. Not to proceed with works 2 and 3 of the description of works.

T1 Sycamore - Remove. Request not to replace due to concentrated number of trees already present within the garden and just beyond the boundary. Also lack of suitable garden and canopy space to accommodate another large tree in maturity.

T14 Oak - Reduce crown back the western boundary in line with the boundary fence and reshape leaving approximatley 5m raidail crown spread to balance crown. All pruning cuts to be taken back to the first available pruning point.

T42 Beech - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 9.6 metres above ground level. T41 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the crown by 20% and reduce one branch by 3 meters that is extending over the roof at No.5. Direction of branch is North facing. T40 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 13 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove a couple of branches that are crossing the boundary to neighbouring houses at no.3 and no.8. Branches are South facing. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 10.5 metres above ground level. T38 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. Branch is East facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level. T39 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%, remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. This branch is East facing. Also remove one branch which is over the boundary into neighbours garden at no.3, this branch is North facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level.

G1 Group of x3 Ash - reduce lateral branch length extending to west over garden boundary of neighbouring property by 2 meters to retain 3 meters final canopy radius. T2 Alder - Fell.

G1 Various - Crown lift all trees as required to 3m from ground level and fell the following tree species with stem diameters less than 200mm DBH located within 1m of the path edge: Sycamore, Ash, Elder. Hazel, Holly, Hawthorn and any other species can be pruned back to the site boundary to allow fence construction.

Mixed Broadleaf 27 sycamore, 5 Lime, 1 Ash. (G49.1) - Crown Lift to 3.5-4m to allow installation of a new security fence along the boundary edge to prevent unauthorized vehicular access, to prevent fly tipping,

S1 Ash - Remove stem leaning directly over the boundary fence line from the neighbours at 45 degrees from the base up to around 4m. See marked photos S2 Oak - Remove limb to branch collar. Extending approximately 8m horizontally. W1 - Reduce radial spread and general drip line, of mixed deciduous mostly comprising of Oak and Sycamore by 3m max. At the gable end, remove up to 5m to enable clearance of roof overhang and excessive encroachment. Reductions would not be greater than a quarter of length, removing end loading only up to 75mm diameter wound size, to appropriate forks and growing points.
