Crown lift vegetation with stems within 3m of the Riverside Walk boundary and with branches over Riverside Walk to 4m in height over Riverside Walk only, for passage of Waste Vehicles. No pruning cut is to be made above 4m in height and no wound more than 60mm diameter is to be made.

T1 (G3) Sycamore - Radially reduce to prevent overhang into garden of 82 Redcar road, all branches by between 1.5m - 2m, back to correct growth points. Remove any deadwood overhanging 82 Redcar Road. T2 (G3) Lime - Reduce epicormic growth on stem back to boundary. Remove any deadwood overhanging 82 Redcar Road.

Further to the notice issued by BMDC Highways, consent is required to remove dead, dying or dangerous trees, within falling distance of the footway/carriageway. Together with drawing back to the boundary and crown lifting to achieve statutory clearances of 5.2m over the length of road from North Lodge to The Lodge, Primrose Lane. All works to BS 3998.

Conifer - prune back to boundary to allow car access.

Prune low branch over hanging the neighbouring property from a large mature sycamore on the boundary with Spa Lane in the corner behind T7 & T8 (see photo)

Larch - Trim branches to boundary, Fell - dead tree

T4 - Remove all deadwood. Remove one live branch which is dying off and overhanging the garden. T13 - Remove the smaller branch which comes off the lateral limb on the northern side. Reduce the remaining limb on the northern side back to the first appropriate growing points. Reduce the southern section of the canopy in line with the boundary fence of 9 Whitelands Road back to appropriate growing points to reduce the weight of the cracked limb on the main stem. T14 - Sycamore Crown lift to 5.6m over the adjacent driveway only
