G1 Various - Crown lift all trees as required to 3m from ground level and fell the following tree species with stem diameters less than 200mm DBH located within 1m of the path edge: Sycamore, Ash, Elder. Hazel, Holly, Hawthorn and any other species can be pruned back to the site boundary to allow fence construction.

T1 Japanese Maple - Fell To allow construction of new wall and terrace adjacent to new extension. T2 Japanese maple and T3 Beech - Fell To allow for construction of new boundary wall and rebuilding of raised bed, subject to separate planning application; PP- 08616604. T4 Cypress, T5 Cypress and T6 Holly - Fell To reduce shading and low amenity value. H1 Privet hedge - Remove in part to allow for construction of new boundary wall. Hedge retained within RPA of T8 (Beech). Subject to separate planning application; PP 08616604. T8, 9 & 10 Beech - removing end loading to lift low hanging branches, removing 2m max, leaving 3m branch length.
