Reduce back the North Western quadrant to maintain a clearance to the corner of the dwelling of 3m. Reduce back lowest limb to the East of the canopy running parallel to the drive. T2 Oak - Crown lift/reduce back foliage from neighbouring Oak to provide 2m clearance to the garage roof.

T1 Sycamore - Formative pruning in line with section 7.4 BS3998:2010. Crown lift to provide 2m clearance of the roof and chimney in line with section 7.6 BS3998:2010. Crown reduction and reshaping to provide up to 2m clearance of the dwelling in line with Section 7.7 BS3998:2020 maximum wound size < 40mm. T2 Ash - Fell in line with section 12.2 BS3998:2010. Stump killed and retained in line with section 12.3.3. BS3998:2010 T3 Sycamore - Formative pruning in line with section 7.4 BS3998:2010 may be required to ensure the canopy remains clear of the neighbour's gable wall.
