T1 Oak - Reduce radial spread overhanging the extension by 3m max leaving 6m spread, reduce the large limb extending behind it by 4m max leaving 6m and end loading only over the railings by 3m max leaving 5m. T1 Japanese Maple - Fell To allow construction of new wall and terrace adjacent to new extension. T2 Japanese maple and T3 Beech - Fell To allow for construction of new boundary wall and rebuilding of raised bed, subject to separate planning application; PP- 08616604. T4 Cypress, T5 Cypress and T6 Holly - Fell To reduce shading and low amenity value. H1 Privet hedge - Remove in part to allow for construction of new boundary wall. Hedge retained within RPA of T8 (Beech). Subject to separate planning application; PP 08616604. T8, 9 & 10 Beech - removing end loading to lift low hanging branches, removing 2m max, leaving 3m branch length.
