Retrospective application T125, T127, T129 Common Ash - Remove, plant three heavy-standard English Oaks in same locations as removed trees

This is seeking retrospective consent for clearing up fallen trees as a result of storms Dudley and Eunice. 2 Ash, 1 Willow and 1 Ornamental Conifer. Upper branches had to be removed to allow access for an interment of cremated remains on 21 February 2022. The blanket TPO for this area of Hirst Wood does not give individual numbers to the trees.
