T42 Beech - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 9.6 metres above ground level. T41 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the crown by 20% and reduce one branch by 3 meters that is extending over the roof at No.5. Direction of branch is North facing. T40 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 13 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove a couple of branches that are crossing the boundary to neighbouring houses at no.3 and no.8. Branches are South facing. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 10.5 metres above ground level. T38 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. Branch is East facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level. T39 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%, remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. This branch is East facing. Also remove one branch which is over the boundary into neighbours garden at no.3, this branch is North facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level.

T1 Oak - Crown lift to give approx 3metres clearance over the shed roof only T2 Sycamore - Crown lift to give approx 3metres clearance over the shed roof only

S1 Ash - Remove stem leaning directly over the boundary fence line from the neighbours at 45 degrees from the base up to around 4m. See marked photos S2 Oak - Remove limb to branch collar. Extending approximately 8m horizontally. W1 - Reduce radial spread and general drip line, of mixed deciduous mostly comprising of Oak and Sycamore by 3m max. At the gable end, remove up to 5m to enable clearance of roof overhang and excessive encroachment. Reductions would not be greater than a quarter of length, removing end loading only up to 75mm diameter wound size, to appropriate forks and growing points.

T1 Ash - Fell T2- Ash, Remove Deadwood, Remove remaining stubs from previous pruning cuts, draw back overhanging lateral branches (facing South West) to 3.5m approx, currently 7/8m (See annotated image) T3- Sycamore, crown lift to clear space over roof, to a height of 6m.

T1 Oak - Remove epicormic growth and remove deadwood T2 Oak - Radially reduce the East spread over the roof from 6m to 4m

T1 Willow - Pull branches back to give approx 2m clearance from roof and property

T1 Cherry Tree - Reduce in height by approx 5ft, from approx 15ft to approx 10ft and prune radially back to previous wounds T2 Ash Tree - Removal of dead and broken branches, crown lift to give 3 metres ground clearance and crown lift over the roof to give 2 metres clearance

Oak - Give 1.5m clearance from all elevations and roof of property

Horse Chestnut - Reduce crown away from house to give a clearance of 1.0m horizontally to elevation and a max clearance of 1.5m vertically between roof and overhang
