Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance over boundary, crown reduce by 3m to gain a more compact form. T11 Elm - Self set, all of crown overhanging boundary fence by 2m. Remove all overhang to growth point on main stem. If this cannot be achieved fell and remove.
