Amendments to approved conversion of Unit 2 to a dwelling (Ref 23/00436/FUL) to include: Rebuilding of lean-to on West elevation, retention of existing barn door to South elevation; adjustments to some window openings and rooflights; additional rooflight, replacement of approved bi-fold doors with solid wall on West elevation, and insertion of fireplace. Plus change to the siting of approved garage (amendment to siting approved under Ref 22/05180/FUL).

Change of use and conversion of chapel F1(f) into 2 no. dwellings (C3). Conversion works to include 1 no. new rooflight to the south façade. 4 no. new rooflights, 1 no. window (a reinstated historical opening), 2 no. new doors, and 1 no. existing window converted to accommodate new door to north façade. 3 no. new windows and 1 no. new door to the west façade. The chapel is to be entirely renovated using materials to match the existing.
