First floor extension with pitched roof including dormer windows to front and rear and change of use of ground floor from hot food takeaway to retail shop (Use Class E) with independent residential flat (Use Class C3) above

Repair and maintenance works to slate roof; replacement of light well roof, bird netting and spikes and box gutter. Internal walls and ceilings to be repaired, including replacement of timber structure following strip out works and replacement of 2 sash windows. Stained glass windows to be encased/sandwiched to protect and preserve the life span of the glass.

Construction of 3 bedroom eco-dwelling on two storeys to be constructed beneath an existing menage and within the existing old slag heap on the top of which the menage exists. The house will be underground with only one elevation (the North) visible and only visible from the North side of the plot. The house will be powered by an array of photo-voltaic solar panels mounted on the roof and by a 10m high 5kW pole mounted wind turbine.

Installation of Solar PV array to sit 200mm from roof plane on warehouse and production building, installation of DC cables and solar inverter station at each building and smaller container that houses transformer next to existing Main HV substation
