External alterations and repairs including stonework repairs, alterations to rainwater goods and soil & waste pipes, new windows and heritage roof windows. New stove, flue, hearth, fireplace and door opening and kitchen to ground floor. Rearrangement of rooms to first floor with new partitions to form two bedrooms and bathroom. New stair to second floor attic. New partitions to attic to form two bedrooms and shower room. Re-slating roof with salvage & second-hand slates. Internal wall insulation (IWI) to external walls. Insulation to roof to form warm roof. Insulation to solid ground floor.

Re-roof the property re-using Welsh slates

Change of use from C1 Hostel use to 4 x C3 Apartments to first floor including internal alterations and creation of 1 new door opening to the rear. Second floor to be retained as existing.

Replacement of existing window and door fittings with uPVC windows and doors; demolition of internal walls to form new layouts at ground floor and second floor level and external repair works to the roof in matching materials where necessary to facilitate the change of use of building to a HMO.

Replace tower section of roof with new fibre glass covering
