New stair to second floor attic. New partitions to attic to form two bedrooms and shower room. Re-slating roof with salvage & second-hand slates. Internal wall insulation (IWI) to external walls. Change of use from C1 Hostel use to 4 x C3 Apartments to first floor including internal alterations and creation of 1 new door opening to the rear. Second floor to be retained as existing.

Alterations and repairs to garage, reconstruct gable stonework to mitigate structural faults and remove incompatible brickwork interventions and re-open in-filled doorway on south elevation
