Installation of extraction system to rear and alterations to frontage associated with change of use of retail warehouse to restaurant and dining

Internal alterations to an area of the third floor. Currently disused. To become location for the Peace Museum. Comprising new low-level partitions, reception desk installation and retail area installation. Repairs to floor. Refurbishment internally to external windows. Alterations to existing electrical and sprinkler systems.

Internal refurbishment of former bank to tea room / coffee shop, to include alterations to internal openings and walls, new external openings to form compliant fire exits, new internal stairs to compliant fire exit, new external landing, balustrade and steps to form fire exit, new toilet facilities, new raised floor & new internal fixtures and fittings.

Affix vinyl transfers to the windows/door for signage to the shop frontage and removal of the wooden panel/board above the inset entrance. New air brick for ventilation to rear, chamfer of step to front. Minor internal alterations to modern partitions.

Conversion of retail unit to bar to include internal alteration of the addition of some 1st floor stud partitions to form additional Toilet facilities and the removal of a small area of existing modern stud partition and door.

Alterations to facilitate change of use of part of first and second floors from coffee shop/retail (Use Class E) to residential use (Use Class C3) including two rear skylight windows
