Works to existing listed building to include redecoration, removal of signage to front, new internal opening, install door within existing window opening for fire escape, part demolition of external rear boundary wall

Replace front and rear door and rear boundary gates with appropriate design from conservation team. Restore the front of the outbuilding back to its original state, which includes two storage spaces and two entrances with wooden doors. Demolish and re-instate wall leaning toward alley. Future reinstatement of the original style windows as drawings provided by the conservation team

Replacement windows to North & West elevations, window ref: WR1 sill height reduced to match WR2, removal of render and common brick outer leaf infill and replace with natural stone walling to match existing to South elevation, Flush lime mortar pointing to whole of building, external flue and new boundary fence infill to match existing.
